10 Types of Group Members in Group Works



So we all know that group work is a form of voluntary association of members benefiting from cooperative learning, that enhances the total output of something than when done individually. Anyways not everyone is there to enhance anything. Lets check out the different people we have in a group work. 
1: The Workaholics
These are the honest ones. Or I will say they have no choice than to do it instead of failing with the unserious ones. They spend day and night trying their best for the group.
2: The Busy Bees 
These ones are so predictable. Do you have any time after class? Nope. Do you have time on the weekends? Nope. Do you have any time that is inconvenient for everyone else in the group? Still Nope. They are just never available. 
3: Lost souls
These ones are the complete opposite of the workaholics. They don’t even know that the group exist. They are the ones that give their family story to gain sympathy when the day of presentation is approaching.
4: How fars’
They can be annoying most times. They don’t work and whenever they see the group leader the next thing is to stretch their hands for a handshake and ask ‘how far?’ They always have excuses for not being around for work.
5: It’s all about the Benjamins Baby
Money bags they are. These ones don’t know anything about the group work and don’t want to. All they do is pay the workaholics and appear on the day of presentation.
6: Confusionists
These ones are always looking for the group and its members. They always don’t know when there is a group meeting.
7: Onlookers
These are the ones that always attend group meetings but don’t even know what they are doing there. You always see them around but have no work doing.
8: Advisers
They are the ones that can advise and bring suggestions but never do anything. They can also share work for others and are always around the group leader.
9: The Curfew
Oh my God we know you are from a strict home or live far away, but we're sure your parents would be more angry at the fact that we failed our group work than you coming home late at 4:30pm. Common sit down there!!!

10: Presento pappys
These ones only show up on the day of presentation. They are the ones that dress to kill but have never been serious with the group work and are clueless of what they are going to present. They only start asking questions on the day of presentation.

1:Peepers These ones just can't stand without craning their neck to peep and look at what the person using the machine is doing. They will even come and stay beside you as if it is their card.
